发送混合文本消息

接口提示

发送由普通文本、@联系人或所有人、系统表情组成的混合文本消息。

接收方 toId：联系人传 userId，群聊传 roomId。

subtype=1 时，@所有人的 text 在文档规则中写为 0，在示例中写为空字符串；两者不一致，使用前请确认服务端要求。

该接口会产生实际发送动作，正式环境建议做好权限校验、频率控制和操作日志。
